Booking and Payments

The reservation is considered confirmed when the guest receives the reservation confirmation and pays the deposit. The guest can cancel for free with a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. We keep the room reserved until 9:00 pm on the day of the guest’s arrival. In case of later arrival, the guest is obliged to inform us about the exact time of arrival.

• Check-in 14:00 – 21:00
• Check out by 10:00 AM

In case of an early departure, the guest must pay the entire amount for the accommodation.

• It is forbidden to prepare food in the rooms.
• The room/apartment key received upon check-in must be returned upon check-out.
• If the guest loses the key, they are obliged to pay a fee of EUR 150,00.
• Smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outside the house in the open space.
