Enjoy the perfect accommodation for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Therefore, we offer five comfortable double rooms with or without a balcony, three apartments for up to 4 people, and one single room with a balcony. Also, all units are categorized with 3 or 4 stars. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a mini fridge, a kettle, and cups for coffee or tea. Not only free Wi-Fi is available but also free parking.
BREAKFAST BY LUCIJA
You are free to enjoy breakfast in the restaurant located within the building. Since we consider it to be an ideal start to your day. We serve continental breakfast and bake croissants and fresh strudels every day. While you are free to start the day with a delicious Italian coffee or one of the teas from our selection. Additionally, we offer the option of gluten-free breakfasts, with prior notice. The price of breakfast is 9,00 EUR per person, and children under 10 years of age pay half the price. Of course, breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30.

Lovely, comfortable place to stay. The owners are great and speak English very well, they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. An ideal place to start our island-hopping trip, highly recommended! 🙂

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma dell'appartamento all'ultimo piano: molto spazioso, pulitissimo, con uso cucina.
Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito.
Si raggiungono a piedi centro (15 minuti) e le spiagge (10 minuti).

Lucija is a great, polite, accommodating and kind host. Clean and nicely decorated accommodation.Great location; close to the beach, restaurants, shops...I will definitely come back and look forward to coming again 😊

Please be aware of the following:
- Photo identification must be presented at the time of check-in for all guests aged 16 and over
- You will receive the room/apartment key upon check-in and it must be returned upon check-out
- Turn off the air conditioning upon leaving the room. We reserved the right to turn off the air conditioning had you not done it yourself
- Park your car properly, so that other guests can park easily
- Don’t make noise after 10:00 PM in order not to disturb other guests
- Close all the windows upon leaving the room/apartment/attic = in case of rain
- Bathroom towels are to be used only in your room or apartment, don’t take them to the beach
- Cooking in the room is not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
